A responsive film and soundtrack providing insight into the restrictive daily routines of two artists in Manchester during the coronavirus lockdown. Highlighting the importance of both mental and physical reflection – to acknowledge and appreciate our surroundings in more detail, often taken for granted as part of regular routine.

Launched at Espacio Gallery, London as part of the ‘Reality & Its Disorders’ exhibition.
